Optical Shipping

    • We accept shipping orders within the domestic territory and to other parts of the world.
    • If a product out of our warehouse is out of stock, it will be shipped based on the stock on hand.
    • All products need to be shipped back to the warehouse of origin for the return to be processed (more information will be shared when a return is requested).

    Fee Structure

      • We offer quick and easy checkout, and we ensure that payment information is processed using the most up to date technology.
      • We offer free shipping to any international location.
      • At checkout, the amount displayed is the amount that is to be paid.
      • There will be no other charges that are not stated at checkout.

      Order Management

        • Orders are accepted Monday to Saturday from 9am-5 pm GMT-5.
        • We ensure that orders are completed within 3 working days from the time of place.
        • If an order is placed before the cutoff time, it will be processed immediately.
        • Orders placed after the cutoff will take longer to be processed.

        Schedule Delivery Service

        We offer free quick delivery and the time is computed once the order has been completed.

        If we are booking domestic flights, the package is processed and delivered within 5 days.

        • International Orders: Normally takes 7 to 21 business days for delivery and is subject to customs clearance and other courier service delivery performance.
        • Please note: Deliveries often take longer than expected and this is outside our control. Other uncontrolled factors include adverse weather, festive periods, or additional customs clearance.

        Address Changes

          • We cannot guarantee address changes after this point as your order might already be in the process of being prepared.
          • Once the order has been shipped, unfortunately, it cannot be changed.

          Order Cancellations

            • You may cancel your order anytime prior to it being dispatched and receive a total refund.
            • In cases where the order is already shipped, we cannot process the cancelation. We advise you to check our Refund and Return Policy.
            • We apply no fees for cancelation of the order before the dispatch.

            Damaged or Lost Packages

              • If your order has arrived incomplete, or has been misplaced during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.
              • Any claims need to be raised within a week of the delivery.
              • We will assist you in completing the necessary paperwork with the shipping company, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
              • In the event, we are requested to carry out an inspection, we ask that all the packaging materials be kept.
