Return Eligibility

  • You may apply for a return up to 30 days after the receipt of your order.
  • To meet the return eligibility requirements, the items must be
  1. Unused, unworn and in the same condition as received.
  2. With the original tags still attached.
  3. In the original package.
  • Any return must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If upon receipt of the items, any of the delivered items seem to be defective or damaged, or if the order is incorrect in any way, reach out to us as soon as possible and we will address the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

In certain cases, items which cannot be returned include but are not limited to:

  • A personalized or customized order
  • A gift card
  • Any final sale or clearance items

Any questions regarding the return eligibility of the item should be addressed to us prior to any item being sent to us.

Exchanges

The item to be returned can be exchanged for something of greater value. Upon approval of the return request, a replacement item can be purchased.

Refund

  • Once the item is returned, it is examined, and the return is either approved or rejected, you will be contacted.
  • The returned item will be refunded as well and can be done within a duration of 10 days, with the payment being scheduled to the original mode of payment.
  • There can be a delay on the processing of the refund from the bank or card as well.
  • If more than 15 business days have elapsed since approval and the refund is not received, please contact support.
